Kent Reserve is proud to be Kent County, Maryland’s first cannabis dispensary, located at 400 Cypress Street in Millington. REQUIREMENTS

A valid, government-issued photo identification card as set forth in Regulation .04B(2) of COMAR 14.17.12.08 is required to receive an order of cannabis or cannabis products.

All customers and patients must present valid government-issued photo identification to be permitted entry to an Ascend dispensary, to make a purchase, and to receive cannabis products. Only the following forms of government-issued photo identification are acceptable: driver’s license or identification card issued by a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia, U.S. passport or passport card, foreign passport, U.S. military identification card, or Tribal card. University- or college-issued identification cards are not considered sufficient forms of identification. Maryland Patient or Caregiver cards are acceptable identification for the medical program.

The Kent Reserve will always give priority service to its medical patients.

Medical program patients and caregivers may bring their minor children, less than eight years of age, into the dispensary. Maryland law does not permit adult-use or recreational customers to bring children into the dispensary.

ADULT USE

As of July 1, 2023, adults 21 or older may possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flowers, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or a total amount of cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg THC. Kent Reserve will serve adults 21 or older for all cannabis products. Valid physical, unexpired government-issued ID is required to purchase adult-use cannabis products.

MEDICAL USE

Medical cannabis is available to all Maryland patients. To purchase medical cannabis in Maryland, you’ll have to meet certain state qualifications and become a registered patient. To get your Maryland medical marijuana card, you’ll need to get a written certification from your doctor. Medical patients are given priority access.
